They are shiny golden oil pearls, which burst in the mouth and suddenly offer their intense flavor. They are elaborated through the culinary technique of encapsulation, in this way, the oil remains inside a jelly texture.  <\/p>\n<p>The encapsulated oil does not undergo any type of alteration, which is why the EVOO caviar retains all its qualities and benefits inside the capsules.<\/p>\n<h3>Gourmet EVOO caviar<\/h3>\n<p>EVOO pearls are part of haute cuisine and represent a novel culinary proposal.
