Our products
Early-harvest oils, preserves from our garden, wines from Alicante, salt-cured meats, and cheeses aged in the mountains. Everything we sell first makes its way to our table: if we wouldn’t serve it at home, it doesn’t make it into our catalog.
We boost the rural economy
We pay the producer the price they ask for, with no haggling or middlemen. A jar of fig jam represents an afternoon of harvesting in the Vall d'Albaida, and that's worth what it's worth.
We develop local agriculture
We work with small-scale producers, almost all of whom are located less than an hour from Alicante. Many are family-run farms with two or three people who, without a store like this one, would not be able to reach beyond their local market.
Fresh and sustainable products
We buy seasonally and in small batches, so our catalog changes throughout the year. We ship to mainland Spain within 48 hours, and our packaging is plastic-free: cardboard, paper, and wood shavings.
