Shipping methods and delivery times

www.picoytallo.com will only deliver orders in Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). The delivery time is 1 to 4 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

Shipments to the islands, please consult by sending an e-mail to gourmet@picoytallo.com.

Ordinary mail does not have tracking code, if you wish you can choose 24 hours shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically according to the products in your shopping cart.

In the event that there is no one responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a phone number to call to confirm at what time the goods can be delivered to you. The transport agency will keep your package in their warehouses for approximately 15 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time you should contact the Customer Service of www.picoytallo.com. You can write to us at gourmet@picoytallo.com . As soon as we receive your notification we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.

Returns

Exchanges or refunds will be made provided that:

a) Prior notice is given to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. You can do it by sending us an email to gourmet@picoytallo.com attaching the order number in the subject of the email. We will tell you how to return the item.

b) The products keep their original seal intact. We do not accept returns of products once they have been opened from their packaging.

c) The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return. The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.

d) No returns will be accepted 15 days after delivery of the order.

e) In the case of not being satisfied with the product received, or making the wrong model in the purchase, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer and the total amount of the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs of the delivery of the order and the shipping cost of the return.

f) Claims for items missing from the order will not be accepted after 48 hours from receipt of the order.
