Our Picual Olive Oil Pearls 50 gr are made with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from our Picual olive variety. They are shiny golden oil pearls, which burst in the mouth and suddenly offer their intense flavor. They are elaborated through the culinary technique of encapsulation, in this way, the oil remains inside a jelly texture.

The encapsulated oil does not undergo any type of alteration, which is why the EVOO caviar retains all its qualities and benefits inside the capsules.
