La familia trabaja 8 hectáreas de picual en secano a 600 metros de altitud. Recogen a mano entre finales de octubre y noviembre y muelen el mismo día en su propia almazara. Cada partida sale con el número de lote y la fecha de molturación en la etiqueta.
