Handmade alfalfa honey
It is harvested between July and September in the irrigated areas of the Ebro depression. It has the characteristics traditionally attributed to honey.
Color: very light, white.
Aroma: very faint floral and not very persistent.
Taste: sweet without more.
Crystallization: rapid, a hard mass is produced.
Ideal for maintaining the proper texture of solid foods, cakes, biscuits, nougat and for sweetening flavored beverages such as hot milk and liquors.
