Spicy gazpacho olives

The Gazpacha Olive gives its name to a traditional mixture from the Mediterranean area, which is prepared using manzanilla olives, but crushed so that they absorb even more of the flavor of the dressing and ingredients such as chopped gherkin, sliced natural seasonal carrot, traditional ripe garlic and selected hot peppers cut into slices.
