Pork knuckle (70%), fried onion (onion, olive oil and salt), tomato, bell bell pepper, carrot, mustard (1.5%) (water, vinegar, mustard seeds, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, turmeric, natural flavor), extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, paprika and black pepper.
Very easy preparation (ready in 10 minutes):
In a bain-marie: place the closed jar in hot water for 8-10 minutes.
In a saucepan: pour the contents and heat over low heat, stirring from time to time.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
